These notes have been written as a supplement to the techniques you have learnt in the workshop and should be used to refresh your memory as you continue to practice with kettlebells.
Kettlebell training is a very deep subject and you will find that over time you will need to revisit the basics before you can progress to higher levels of complexity. The notes also explain in more detail aspects of program design and provide a list of resources that you can use to pursue further knowledge in kettlebell training.
