Who am I and Why Should You Listen to Me?
Let me introduce myself: my name is Aaron Ellis. I’ve been called many things over the years including The Kettlebell Guy, Core Strength and Extreme Fitness Guru. I’ve dedicated over 15 years of my life to finding solutions to the problems of fat loss, muscle gain and improving athletic performance.
I am a former Queensland and 2x Australian Kickboxing Champion and know exactly what it takes to be ready for competition.
